In this smaller 8 feet x 14 feet bathroom, the homeowner used several techniques to make the bathroom look larger: a large window, with a prominent view on the downtown area, as well as large wall mirror tiles suddenly make the bathroom look a lot larger. The mirror tiles open up the room and create reflections that give the bathroom a contemporary look. In this design, halogen lighting positioned over the vanity area also sends light reflections cascading around the room for a big bright effect, with the mirror tiles increasing that effect. The combination of colors and light contribute to a progressive and avant-garde design that makes this bathroom so popular with homeowners.
